I am very much pleased to share that Mr Hashim Khan has exceeded all performance expectations
in respect to output, quality standards, delivery of goals and assignments during his research
(1/08/2016 to 20/12/2016) on Optimization of process for nickel recovery process from pickling
acid solutions.
I found Hashim to be hard working, diligent and honest in his efforts. He has good understanding
of lab techniques and principals involved in his research work. He has sharpened his skills in his
internship for experimental design on Expert Pro Design 9 software and analyzed his data
statistically to devise a model equation. He got expertise on Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
and interpreted his results diligently. He has learnt some of the basic research techniques and has
desire to learn more skills.
His research is accepted for presentation in DICE 2016 being held during 21st to 23rd December
at NUST, Islamabad. I believe that his endurance and analytical skills will contribute significantly
to the research of our group. I am highly satisfied with his performance. If you have any further
