Football Conference(1920), also called the

• To present the National Football League and its
teams at a level that attracts the broadest
audience and makes NFL football the best sports
entertainment in the world.
• To achieve our mission, we will constantly challenge
ourselves to improve and be guided by these
values.

• I chose this non-profit organization because I play
football and found it very interesting that the NFL is
a non-profit organization.

• The need that is being addressed through the new
media tools is to get the people involved with their
organization by having people vote on who they feel
had the best play of the week, or who do they think will
win the Heisman trophy.
• Another need is by broadcasting the athletes and the
NFL teams and keeping people updated on what is
going on.
• These particular tools were chosen, because of their
popularity and everyone uses these tools from kids to
adults.
• The methods that the NFL replaced were broadcasting
in the newspaper only, but since they’ve upgraded to
new media, they can broadcast more and get more
people involved.

• These tools have been extremely effective by
fulfilling the mission of the organization and by
addressing the need of their organization.
• They also have ways on their website that you can
contact them by to give them feedback
9. REFLECTION
• The strength of the NFL approach is the variety of
new media tools that they use to keep people
updated and involved within their organization
• I haven’t noticed a weakness within this
organization
• I would not make a change to this organization,
because everything seems to be well organized
and up to date.
