expression cannot let audience feel it, so
body language is added to improve the

This is Extreme Close shot. This is also a
shot to show the expression of the actor.
This shot show from the eyes to the

2. This is a medium shot. This shot is from
the head to stomach level. The actor is
at the left frame because the actor is
looking at right and should have a
background at the right.
This is a high angle shot. High angle is
shot from a higher place and the subject
is at a lower angle. Some high angle is
use to track the subject from a place to
another place.
This is a low angle shot. Low angle shot
is normally shoot with a foreground so
that it look better and something will
happen from the top and the audience
and feel it.
3. This is a three shot. A shot that capture
three actors and in a “L” shape. This shot
is to show a scene with three actors
doing their action.
This is a two shot and medium close up
shot. A shot that capture two actors
together with their action. Both of the
actors will be in frame or an actor in
frame first after cue the second actor will
just walk into frame.

left frame. This shot is to show the actor
is looking at the right so that the right is
left empty to show it.
4. This is an establishing shot. This shot is
use to show an environment. Normally
this shot is create using the camera
movement such as panning or tilting.
This is a off center to the right frame.
The actor will be at the right camera and
have a looking room in the left.
This is a depth-in-view and medium
close up shot. This shot is to out-focus an
object in front of the actor and show the
actor through a hole or a little space.
This also can let the audience feel the
mystery of the actor’s action.
5. This is a full shot and centre frame. Full
shot is use to show the whole body of the
subject and also the background.
This is the point of view shot. Point of
view is the view of the actor. This is to
let the audience feel like they are in the
scene.
This is a medium long shot. Medium
long shot show the actor from head to
knee. The actor is in the right frame so
that I can show what is she doing.
6. This is frame to reframe. Both of the shot
must be relevant. The camera can tilt or
pan to show this shot.
