Position: Welding Instructor
 Training Welders to be certified on SMAW/MMAW –III Welding process
on plate and pipe positions.
 Instructor/Visual Welding inspector on welds in training certified/code
welders for the oil and gas companies/industries from laying of beads to its
fillet weld to its application on various joints such as fillet weld to butt weld
from plate to pipe butt joints in all positions with the required consumable
during the job process procedure.
 Strictly adhere to HSE as part of the training in handling the tools, welding
machines and maintain proper housekeeping during and after work.
 Consumables for training involves 2.5mm low hydrogen, 2.5mm and
3.25mm cellulosic electrode for root run and 3.25mm cellulosic electrode
subsequent pass (hot pass, filling and capping), and also maintain the
temperature for baking of the low hydrogen electrode as specified by the
manufacturer.
