interdisciplinary approach to bring together
a Pan African and international team of
scientists, engineers, industrialists,
policymakers, and development
stakeholders to engage in training and
research activities in solar energy, health,
water purification and affordable
housing/infrastructure

10. FRG on Biomaterials focuses on cancer
and cardiovascular diseases detection
and treatment, developing drug
delivery strategies
FRG on Multi Functional materials
focuses on materials for water
purification, sustainable building and
infrastructure materials, new and
advanced materials.
FRG on Energy and the Environment
focuses on OLEDs, Organic solar cell
fabrication and Perovskytes.
These FRGs motivate the teaching and
research in PAMI and are by
themselves motivated by industry
through the Industry Advisory Board
and insights gained during outreach
activities
