Key Duties:
ÿ Travel to field sites to collect and record data and /or samples as appropriate to the specific
objectives of the study.
ÿ Code and verify data in accordance with specified research protocol and coding procedures,
and enter data into a computer or spread sheet application for subsequent analysis.
ÿ Develop or assist in the development of interview schedules; contact potential subjects or
introduce and explain study objectives and protocol, and to arrange interviews, either in
person or by telephone.
ÿ Conduct and record face to face / or telephone interviews with subjects, in accordance with
predetermined interview protocol, data collection procedures, and documentation
standards.
ÿ Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; follow up with
subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected.

ÿ To lead and guide the members of the taskforce
ÿ Organize regular meetings with members of the taskforce
ÿ To enforce teamwork for proper progress of the youth related projects
ÿ Solicit and account for funds to run the various activities of the projects
ÿ Develop proposals for presentation to AFIEGO to seek for funding
ÿ Drafting timely reports on the progress and impacts of the projects.

ÿ Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to
support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
