A ) There are steps and ways to convert a group into a team for greater productvity levels.
Step 1 : Explaining their roles and responsiblities clearly and how important their role is to
organization.
Step 2 : This increasesmotivation in the team and enhance productivity.
Step 3 : Setting the goals clearly and how they can achieve goals( Short Term and Long Term ).
Step 4 : Assigning clear work flow chart and design the project according to the priority tasks.
Step 5 : Conducting weekly meetings and keeping track of the progress so far done and Updating
them regarding the work flows.
Step 6 : Encourage team members and checking their motivational levels.
Step 7 : Thanking them for their efforts.
