Software Qualiy plan describes the ways to achieve the quality standards,It defines and describes
the quality assurance activities which needs to be executed on day to day basis.And for each
project the plan needs to be in place because if a project comes up and doesn\'t meet the quality
standard then all the hardwork done on other parts will be a waste.
Software Configuration Management : This is the process of tracking the changes made in the
software running whether a new entry made or changes to existing one made. Its required in
order to keep track of changes and whenever due to some change done in current release goes
wrong then we can go back to the previous state , one of the example is SVN which is version
control tool which gives the flexibility to check what all changes has been done to it and due to
which change functionality is not working properly..
