• Here we are going to address the two problems at a time
• in a single application. Citizen

• Our First Problem is “centralized data base system based System
• on crowd sourcing option for updating information on
• water and sanitation facilities.”
• Our Second Problem is “citizen reporting mechanism may Crowd

A complete Web Solution for Citizen Reporting System
User can interact with web application, can register a

Citizen can report any problem of any city the purpose
of this reporting is to get the attention of the
government to the specific problem. The mechanism is
after a particular threshold that the number of reports
crosses the area on map goes red and notification sent
to administration.

A complete Web Solution for Citizen Reporting System
User can interact with Phone application, which is
developed for smart Phones Specifically Android
Phones can register a Complain about their problems.
In web application. User’s location is located by IP

of citizen. Which is visible On map as a mark.
Second Part of the web application is crowd sourcing.
In Smart Phone Location of citizen is gathered from GSM
Service. This Location With all information and a picture
If you want will be stored in the database that will be
marked on map to show the intense problem areas.
