HIGHLIGHTS
eXample Consulting Group has successfully concluded the
BALANCED SCORECARD training and certification public
workshop held at BANGALORE on FEBRUARY 20 and 21 –
2010 (Sat & Sun). The program was well attended by
experienced professionals from leading companies like HCL
Technologies, Oracle Financial Services, PBA Consulting
and Tesco Hindustan.
The program helped participants to well relate the
BALANCED SCORECARD strategy deployment framework to
organizational strategy, thematic areas, key goals, building the strategy map, identifying
key objectives, measures and targets, initiatives and programs and linking it all up from top
to bottom by creating strategic, functional, team and personal scorecards. The program also
introduced details of available BSC software, integration with ongoing transformational and
technological initiatives like Business and Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Lean, ERP and
integrating BSC Scorecard software with established IT systems for smooth implementation.
The complete set of templates required for planning, execution, tracking and management
of BSC initiatives along with detailed step by step roadmap was explained and provided to the
participants as well.
Engaging discussions, group work,
illustrations, case study, analytical
exercises, humorous anecdotes and Q&A
were utilized to impart deep and rich
learning and an interesting, engaging
workshop with action driven learning.
