Promote sustainable growth and job creation by supporting the
transition to a low-carbon, resource-efficient and more circular
economy in Latin America.
Support the formulation and implementation of national public policies, regulatory
frameworks and regulatory systems in Latin American countries to promote
sustainable value chains that respect labor rights, in line with the requirements of
the trade and sustainable development chapters of the European Union's trade
agreements with Latin American countries.
