1. Evaluation Video – Rough Script

Fruits
In this scene, it is showing a zoom out shot of fruits including lemons, oranges and
so on. This video was created using the software EbSynth in which I had rotoscoped
a keyframe and then uploaded it into the software for it to then overlay on top
creating an animated video.
The colour palette for this rotoscope was mainly bright, warm toned colour which fits
into my theme with my work being more on the colourful.
Something that made this video more interesting which wasn’t planned was the
melting of the fruit. This happened due to some of the fruits not being fully shown
and so it had to fill them in, however even though this effect wasn’t planned I actually
like the income and, in the end, incorporated it into more of my other animation
videos.
Photo Booth
In this video, it incorporates one of the main running themes in my project which is
shoes and in this rotoscope there is movement with one of the shoes tilting up. For
this I had to rotoscope two different keyframes one with both feet flat on the floor and
the second with one of the feet tilting up, changing the whole shape and angle of the
shoe and the leg.
If I was able to do this animation again, the one thing I would change is the colour of
the legs. Due to them blending in with each other this did cause an issue in the
rendering process as it mistook them for one object rather than two.
