and scope of a team engagement  and then 
provide process consulting, group facilitation 
and/or skill building to deliver the most 
appropriate outcomes.

The organization needed to quickly align a new leadership team comprised of leaders 
from successful, independent companies/business units.  

 – CTD worked with Cardinal Health to articulate a clear vision for the new team, 
   outline “rules of engagement” to govern team behavior and drive results. 


             is one of U.S. News & World Report’s top 21                 
             “elite honor roll” hospitals for 2009‐10. The medical center has focused         
              internal leadership capabilities as it delivers excellent medical care.

 – CTD partnered with key functions within OSUMC to identify a leadership success 
   profile, assess gaps at both the team and individual levels, and implement 
   development to drive customer satisfaction and business results.

Team Dynamics Work
                  A  $5 billion specialty retailer with over 1,000 
                  stores, a division of Limited Brands.
The executive production and design teams struggled to adapt to the needs 
of a new go‐to‐market strategy
‐ CTD worked with the key leaders to facilitate a discussion that surfaced the 
issues, outlined roles and responsibilities to enable the teams to overcome 
differences and focus on the business results. 

                      A  $19 billion off‐priced retailer with over 2,600 
                      stores across North America and Europe.
As the organization evolved and matured, executives understood the need 
to hire and retain the best talent.  Due the unique retail business model and 
culture new leaders often struggled in the first several months.
‐ CTD worked with the human resources leaders to customize an 
onboarding process that gives new leaders the knowledge, relationships and 
feedback needed for engagement and success.

Audi of America partnered with Connect the Dots, our unique 
onboarding approach and solutions to address its onboarding and 
cultural challenges.  

‐ CTD helped to create a smooth transition of 3 key leadership 
positions into fast‐paced, changing business and multi‐cultural 
environment with individual coaching and feedback.
