13. Since last week, you must show your proof of vaccination in order
to go to restaurants and bars.
Tip: take a picture with your mobile phone, keep it in "favourites"
and always have your phone with some battery left.

14. Have in front of you: the flight
number, your seat number, the
name of your vaccine, date of
your 2nd Covid 19 vaccination
and the copy of proof of
vaccination

Open the app and go "start form", then
"agree to these terms" and "start form"

Fill the form in one time (don't stop in the
meantime) and upload a picture of your
proof of vaccination, press "send" and
you'll receive a QR code in your app and at
your email, take a screenshot in case you
don't have internet
