Dear Parents,

We are in need of volunteer drivers for our trip to Camp Wartburg! As a driver, you can
commit to drive either one way (TO camp or back FROM camp) OR round trip (to AND from
    camp).

We will be leaving St. John’s on Monday, May 13th, at 8:30a. from the parking lot in front of the
Sanctuary, however, we ask that our drivers be in the parking lot at 8:00am to begin loading
cars. We will be leaving Camp Wartburg on Friday, May 17th about 1:30pm, but we ask that
drivers arrive around 1:15pm to begin loading cars.

Camp Wartburg is about 45 minutes from St. John, so it’s not a long journey. However,
students will have LOTS of stuff (sleeping bags, pillows, packed camp bags, etc.) so we have a
    few “driving regulations”.

If you drive a Mini-van/SUV – please do not sign up to take more than 4 or 5 students.
If you drive a Car – please don’t sign up to take more than 3 students.

Check the box below that best fits your schedule, sign, and return to school A.S.A.P. Thank you
in advance for toting our students around !

    Mrs. Weber & Mr. Osbourn
