Thursday, 4 October PERFORMANCE IB Written Task: Individual piece of writing based on
“Atonement”.
Thursday, 25 October TEST Text Commentary: Close reading and written analysis of a
poem by Victorian poet Sir Arthur Lord Tennyson.
Thursday, 8 November SUMMATIVE IB Individual Oral Commentary: Audio recordingof the analysis
of either an extract from “Atonement” or one of Tennyson’s
poems (selected randomly).
Extra-credit:
 English Portfolio: It must include all the printed material, study-guides, tests and activities
developed throughout the semestre.
