Rules of Modal Auxiliary Verbs
1. Modal verb is always with an action verb.
Can + sing = can sing must + try = must try
Should + attend = should attend may + help = may help
2. Modal verbs take no ‘s’ in the third person singular.

3. Modal verbs do not change their form according to tense.
