contacts and relationships in

•  It doesn’t have to be material
matters or a new career step,
you can also get values such
as satisfaction, positivity,
information and inclusion
MANAGE	

•  Manage your networks
through your mobile tools,
computer or agenda. You
can also use a social
network you like	

•  Remeber to take note of
birthdays, interests, and
other key information
GOOD “SMALL TALK”	

•  Learn how to make good
small talk when you meet
someone in the
organization. Seek the
common ground.	

•  Avoid to talk about
promatic topics or about
topics that can compromise
you.
POSITIVITY	

•  Learn how to communicate
in a positive way. 	

•  The glass is akways half full,
never half empty.
THE FIRST IMPRESSION	

•  Your first impression is
important: the way you
present yourself, the way
you greet others, the words
you use, tell stories about
yourself	

•  In order to look positive and
self-confident, count on an
open verbal language and a
upright posture.
OFFER	

•  Offer before you ask. “What
can I do for you?”
CONNECT OTHERS	

•  It is another way of offering
before asking: “I know
someone interesting for
you…”	

•  Introduce the person you
are with with other people
you know in meetings,
choose group conversations,
always include other
colleagues.
ACCEPT	

•  Accept others and you will
be accepted.
CREATE	

•  Create formal and informal
meetings, organize business
lunch or dinners with
colleagues, clients, providers,
in order to stay informed
and inform as well.

  • 4. MANAGE •  Manage your networks through your mobile tools, computer or agenda. You can also use a social network you like •  Remeber to take note of birthdays, interests, and other key information
  • 5. GOOD “SMALL TALK” •  Learn how to make good small talk when you meet someone in the organization. Seek the common ground. •  Avoid to talk about promatic topics or about topics that can compromise you.
  • 6. POSITIVITY •  Learn how to communicate in a positive way. •  The glass is akways half full, never half empty.
  • 7. THE FIRST IMPRESSION •  Your first impression is important: the way you present yourself, the way you greet others, the words you use, tell stories about yourself •  In order to look positive and self-confident, count on an open verbal language and a upright posture.
