2. For my first draft of my spread I was indecisive in terms of what
image to pick. Despite this, I managed to write up an
interview, which I put in a small font in order to appear more
professional and lengthy similarly to those in most music magazines. I
also chose to blow up the first letter of the piece to catch the eye.
3. The image I chose for the double page spread is also a mid-shot, however this time I
wanted to use an image with a musical prop to emphasize the alternative image of
the model and stick to the theme of the task – a music magazine. I edited the colour
of the guitar to match the dark red colour scheme I have used throughout.
4. I made further adjustments to the double page spread by adding footers to the
pages. I chose to create continuity amongst my three pieces by placing the
Acappella masthead in each bottom corner along with the issue date. Despite this I
also want to develop this piece by placing a large ‘R’ shape on the second page for
a bold impact.
