Requirements
• Internet connection for render label images(for printers that do not
support ZPL)
• For label template design use zebra fonts only

4. Designing Label Template
Use Zebra Designer Essentials 3 (no license key required) to create
label templates.

Steps
1) Create a New Label
2) Specify template dimensions
3) Make template design using label objects (e.g. barcode, text)
4) To indicate a variable to replace, put a column name of GRIN-Global
dataviews between double hashtags (e.g. ##accession_id##)
5) Print to file with extension *.prn
6) Copy the PRN file to “Reports” folder inside Curator Tool installation
