This document discusses a business plan for a clothing store. It outlines expenses needed to open the store, including $10,494 monthly for rent on a 6,996 square foot building. Supplies like clothing, cash registers, and racks are estimated to cost over $30,000. Five employees at $8 per hour would cost $10,080 monthly. The plan estimates making a $127,500 profit every two months by buying wholesale clothing for a few dollars and reselling items at a high markup, like dresses for $350 each that cost $8.75. The plan argues the bank should provide a loan as the business uses a proven model of wholesale buying and retail sales.

This essay will discuss my bank loan for a clothing store. I chose this topic,
because I want to become a Business Manager, First I will be discussing how much to I
need to spend. Second I would talk about how much money I will need. I chose this order
because it is a proposal and I used online methods to get my information. I would need
$338,090 to get my business started and I would make $ a month.
First, I’m going to explain how I propose to spend the money. My first expense is
my building, I would need to pay $10,494 each month for the rent. The building is
6,996sf and is located on “Aramingo Plaza” Philadelphia,Pa. My next expense will be the
supplies for my store, such as the clothing I am going to buy and equipment. The clothing
I need is going to cost $3,136.25 every 2 months. My store would need 3 cash registers at
a cost of $498.oo each, clothing racks with size dividers $79.00 each, four signs at $57.00
each, for a total of $228.00, In addition, I would need 10 racks for clothes, “36”inches in
diameter that will cost $1,090. The radio advertising for the store is going to cost $1,000
each month. Finally, I’m going to spend money to pay my employees. I would have 5
employees that are going to get paid $8.00 an hour for 7 days for 9 hours per day. The
total cost for my employees will be $10,080 each month.
How much I going to make each month? First, I going to buy all the clothing
every 2 months at a cost of $3,106.25, because the dresses #73-t3-20451 each one cost
$8.75 and I going to sale each one for $350.00. The shoe #9-b-ignite-76-18b each cost
$21.75 and I going to sale each for $550.00. The sunglasses each cost $3.oo, but I going
2. to sale them for $300.00 the code for the sunglasses is #122-7g-m-22784ap. The pants
cost $8.75 each the code is #76-18b-5013, I going to sale them for $900.00 each. The
blue dresses code #115-w-b4-t9559 each cost $8.50 for the person it going to cost
$750.00. Every 2 month I’m going to make a profit of $127,500.00
The bank should lend me money to start my business, because I will use an
established business model. I intend to buy clothes wholesale and sell them at a high
mark-up several thousand percent low overhead costs. I will sell to local business &
career women with a focus on special women’s occasions, I’m going to be successful
because I am going to have fashion shows like I will place a poster in the window of my
store asking for local girls & women to participate in a fashion show to advertise my
clothes. The fashion show will be in the aisles of the store. Advertise on radio and word
of mouth advertising like I will ask the “models” to bring their friends and family form of
advertising by word of mouth.
In my essay, I am proposing a business plan to open a clothing store. It was
interesting researching the cost of dresses and how store owners mark-up the prices. A
solution to the problem of starting a business in that you mush do a lot of research on the
internet and I learned that when somebody is going to open a store they need to see
another store first and make a chart about what they are going to spend to open a
business, what they need, how much they are going to make each month look for a good
place to open the store, look for a good place to open the store, look for a good bank that
can lend you money.
