- 16. If youre a night owl you are probably dissapointed about what you read but dont worry
- 17. Night owls are more creative, higher cognitive abilities and known to be risk takers
- 18. Studies show that even a slightest change in Per1 gene in you can change your sleep cycle by 1hour……
- 19. And for teenagers who tend to be more night owls
- 20. Usually are this way because of the harmonal changes in puberty But this tends to pan out into your genetic default as they enter adulthood
- 21. So, there maybe some truth to early birds get the worm
