CAREER DEVELOPMENT - continued
CPM Colchester, LLC - Colchester, CT 2006 - 2008
General Contractor/Designer
With the help of a silent partner we endeavored to design and build a spec home in rural Connecticut. The concept was to develop
an intelligent design for a young family or retiree. Highlights included geothermal heating, energy star certification and custom built-ins.
As developer, designer and general contractor I managed all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, including:
Purchase and development of land
Development of building plans, specifying all building materials and construction methods
Organization of subcontractors, material deliveries and permitting
Contribution of 50% of the construction work to reach project completion
Various Construction Positions - Eastern, CT 2000 - 2006
Carpenter, Tile Installer, Landscaping
I have experience in many areas of construction including stick framing and marble installation. During this time I was able to further

providing me with a respect for efficiency and great design.
