• Makan – daging, ikan, telur, ayam dan sayur-
sayuran atas tanah dan lemak semulajadi (spt
mentega, minyak zaitun, minyak kelapa)
• Elakkan – gula dan makanan berkanji (nasi, roti,
pasta, kekacang dan ubi)
• Makan cuma bila lapar , BERHENTI selepas 80%
kenyang
• Elakkan makanan yg diproses
• Elakkan ‘snacking’
• Minum air masak dengan banyak
• Tak perlu kira kalori
• Karbo : 50-75 gm sehari , utk 1-2 minggu pertama,
kemudian kurangkan lagi.Diabetis < 30 gm/day. Sayur-sayuran- 4 hidangan

• Protein : 4 saiz tapak tangan sehari. (Wanita: 1 saiz

Kesimpulan
• Diabetis/obesiti boleh di-”reverse” dgn
pemakanan yg betul. Tidak perlu bersenam
• Kunci: Puasa berkala (intermittent fasting) dan
diet rendah karbo, tanpa gula
• Makanan berLemak tidak menggemukkan dan
tidak meninggikan paras kolesterol, tetapi
disebabkan karbo/gula
• Dengan berpuasa dan makanan rendah
karbo/gula, lemak terutama dlm hati (liver) dan
pankreas “mencair”
