 These are the keywords for the website. They are
ok, but I think that they should add ”Pyhä” or ”Pyha”
to the keywords section.
 The website is easily found from Google using
common tourism sector words.

3. PYHÄSAFARIS IN SOCIAL MEDIA
 Pyhäsafaris uses only facebook as their social
media platform.
 The customers have given the company positive
feedback about their programs and activities on
their facebook page.
 The company could also start publishing on
different social media platforms, such as twitter,
instagram, and maybe even some blog site.

4. ONLINE SHOPPING
 Pyhäsafaris doesn’t have any programs
purchasable online. Reservations can only be made
by email.
 They could start their own online shop for individual
customers, although it would increase the work load
of the company.

5. ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
 Using an ERP-program could benefit the company
greatly.
 They could have all their resources in the program,
so managing different processes would be easier.
 It could be integrated with the online shop, so
managing the sales and resources would be direct.

 Now I know how
the program
works, and I can
use it to make
even better
campaigns.

7. IDEAS FROM OUR BLOG POSTS
 Pyhäsafaris could make an email marketing
campaign with mail chimp. I think it would greatly
increase their coverage online.
 Another good idea for the company would be
Travius. It’s a great tool for managing work
schedule and resources.
