Activity Log Tutorial
1. Once on this site, you will see on the left hand side the
link to go to TEENS. Click on this link.
2. This screen will get you started. Click on the sign me up
button at the bottom
3. You will get a registration screen. Complete this
registration. Use the first initial of you first name and
your complete last name for your USER NAME. The
Group ID Number and Group Member ID/Name is as
follows. Complete the rest of the information in the
form.

Group Member ID/Name-Coach D's Health/PE Class
4. You should receive a screen listing the information you
just put in. Click Continue.
5. The next screen allows you to choose a program.
Choose the Active Lifestyle Program for this class.
Then Click Continue.
7. On the My Favorites screen, go through and choose the
activities that you enjoy. This just allows you quicker
access when entering in your activity. Click on Continue

8. This is your Activity Log in screen. Notice there are
several tabs across the top. To log any activity you do,
you will go to the LOG YOUR ACTIVITY tab. Click on this
tab.
9. To enter your activity, you will enter your Date of
Activity, Type of Activity and What Activity it was from
the Activity List, Activity Level, and The Time/Length of
your participation. Remember, we are aiming for 60
min a day. Once you enter the info, click Update Log.
Once you update your log, you will see the Active
Lifestyle Progress To Date add your time of participation
and fill in the star for the correct week.
10. Once you have complete enough activity and logged it
in, your star will begin to fill in for the day completed.
11. The REVIEW PROGRESS tab lets you review how
FREQUENT you have participated, How INTENSE your
effort has been and the TIME you have participated in
each activity.
12. The YOUR GROUPS Tab should read the correct Group
Name in upper right corner. If it does not, please
contact me by email. Any other questions, please
