2. Step 1: Go to the Education Portal by clicking on the link on the Staff Portal.
Step 2: Login. You always use your username and password that you use to login to
school devices.
Step 3: Click on the classes page and go to your selected class.

3. To add a new page to this class, follow these steps:
1.Click on the sign (which is found at the top left hand side of your page).
1.Click here where it reads “Documents and Media Display”.

4. The “Documents and Media Display” will automatically appear at the top of the page.

5. Adding documents, pictures or other files to your library.

2. Click on the “Control Panel” and then wait for the control panel to load.

7. Click on the class you are working
With.
This is the class that will have access
to the file you are uploading.

8. Click here “Documents and Media”.

9. 1. Click Add.
2. Click “Multiple Documents”.

10. Click “Browse”.
1. Find the files you want to add to your class’s page and double click to add it.
2. Wait for it to upload to the Ed. Portal.

11. Click “Save”.

12. If you don’t want your students to see this file yet, click here.
Click “Permissions”.

13. 1. Uncheck the box
beside “Site User”
under “View”.
2. Click “Save”.

14. When you want your students
to access the document/file,
you just need to re-check this
Button.

15. Click “here”(at the top left hand side of the page where it reads to go back to your class.

16. The file is here, ready to
access.
To download it, click on the
link.

17. Click here where it says “Download”.
Your file will download and you/your
students can open it when needed.
