  2. 2. Once there click on “Login or Signup” on the top right.

  8. 8. Once you have created an account you are ready to start working in Slideshare.
  9. 9. The easiest way to begin is to select the “Upload” button.
  10. 10. If you click on the page link “Formats Supported” to see what native formats Slideshare will handle.
  11. 11. You can choose to upload “private” or “public” documents. Private allows you to control access to the file while Public allows any user of SlideShare to view it. You can only use public if you are a free user.

  15. 15. Step 100356235Once you upload the file it should appear in the Slideshare work pane. Select the edit link on the right hand side of the pane.

Step 12Choosing a catergory also helps users find the documentsAdd tags to make it easier for users to find information related to your document.Add a description to tell the user about the file.Select the name of the uploaded file.Choose “edit” tab to change detail info regarding the document. Choose “replace” to replace or update the file previously uploaded.From here you are somewhat limited since some of the editing tools are only available in the “Pro” (pay) ver.

For a free software it offers a central location for posting and sharing documents across the web. Similarly you can use this as a depot for assignments, tutorials, or other documents you want to share with your class. <br />
