The ability in me is that I transform to the functional stream of Administration and soft
services with extensive experience and with technical knowledge in any organisation.
Indian Navy trained and skilled me in various functions like General Administration,
Security, Safety, Medical aid & allied functions. Later I got an opportunity to work along a
Hospitality sector (Panoramic Resort & Water amusement park, Panvel) where handling various
departments in the core functions. Presently I am part of the security team in Bennett, Coleman
& Co Ltd (Times Group, Mumbai) since 2015 hereby handling the security and complete
operation of the Fire Management System both major and minor.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
Assistant Manager – (Security & Safety) from Jun 2015 to Till Date

 Deployment of manpower and briefing of men regarding daily security and
safety measures as per requirement and policy.
 Vigilance of entire plant with due intelligence from all sources.
 Investigations of the security and safety incidents.
 Ensure all the movements of men and materials are with proper valid
authentications and documentations.
 Handling the movement of vehicles especially during the strenuous night
operations.

2.  Train the private security guards, conduct mock drills and prepare them for crisis

 Ensure the contractors have valid work permits before commencing of any work and

technicians of the offices.
