Execute a proactive loss prevention program including risk management
(identification, assessment and control), inspections, audits, and emergency
planning, by monitoring their implementation, in order to eliminate or reduce
health, safety and environmental risk to an acceptable level.
Assist in the prevention and reduction of injuries and illnesses in the area
Investigate and report accident/ incident to promote SAFETY Culture
Provide and conduct safety programs to achieve the company’s goal Zero Accident

Participate on projects, by providing clarify on the integration of EHS requirements
in the design, construction/installation and commissioningof new and/or revamped
buildings, installation, engineering works, machinery, and equipment and monitor
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

eliminate or reduce risks and comply with legal requirements.
Emergency Planning and Response
Organize the Factory Emergency Response Team, Lead and coordinate all efforts
of the factory Emergency Response team and local government and volunteer
emergency response team during emergency situations.
Ensure safe, appropriate and timely execution of emergency response plan.
Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plan for various types of
emergencies and ensure that these plans are up to date, communicated and
understood by all concerned.
Ensure that emergency response equipment are available, accessible and
operable at all times. Formulate and implement inspection plans for emergency
response equipment. Coordinate with supervisors and/or department managers
regarding issues observed during inspections.
Coordinate the installation and commissioning of emergency response facilities
and system.
Plan and coordinate the execution of emergency drills. Review the results of the
drills and execute measures to address areas of concern observed during the drill.
Coordinate with all concerned regarding improvements in emergency response.
Ensure efficient flow of information during emergencies.
Risk Management and Control
Ensure that all fire risk are identified, assessed and controlled in compliance with
local legislations and PM requirements to ensure that any risk exposure is
minimized. Recommend control and mitigating measures aligned with PMI, FM
Global and local requirements.
Formulate and perform regular inspections and identify areas of concern.
Coordinate with area owners regarding immediate rectification of concerns.
Coordinate to provide technical and methodological assistancein the development
of emergency response instructions
Legal Compliance
Ensure that the plant is compliant with the requirements of the local regulatory as
well as PMI standard. Implement action plans and programs to maintain
compliance.
Submit required government reports in a timely manner. Apply for the required
permits and licenses from concerned government agencies. Prepare and
participate in government, PMI and insurance companies.
Take corrective actions, if required, to ensure compliance to local and PMI
standards.
Hot works
Ensure that Hot Work permit procedure is up to date, effectively implemented and
cascaded to all concerned employees and contractor.
Conduct regular audits of areas with hot work to determine compliance to
procedures and requirements.
3. Conduct investigation for all fire accidents and provide reports including corrective
actions to prevent further accidents
Training, Awareness and Communication
Develop, implement and coordinate communication programs aimed for
enhancing employee’s fire prevention and emergency preparedness awareness.
Identify training needs for the Emergency Response Team. Schedule, conduct
and/or coordinate trainings for the Emergency Response Team.
Prepare and conduct trainings of firefighting and emergency preparedness to
ensure that all employees fully understand the fire safety procedures and
responsibilities. Ensure that new module of fire prevention and asset safety are
prepared, and introduced to new and existing training courses
