An individual behavior is guided by the variety of individual differences and certain qualities
that influence or control his behavior.
Individual differences arise due to differences in personalities. Biological factors like family and
cultural influences the behavior of a person. The culture and environment in which the person
grows up determines the personality of that person.
Individual differences also arise between the persons of the same cultural group because every
person sees things from his/her own perspective. One act may be right according to one culture
or it may be unethical according to the other culture.
The traits that deal with such characters are Conscientiousness trait, Extraversion, and
agreeableness.
The tendency to be organized, self-discipline, acts dutifully, and aims for achievement are
analyzed under conscientiousness trait.
Extraversion analyzes the positive emotions and the ability to seek simulation in the company of
