WORK HISTORY
Office Assistant/Technical Supportive Services
Complete Neuropsychology Services - Ann Arbor Oct. 2015 – Feb. 2016
I do administrative assistant work for a neuropsychologist office that services traumatic brain injuries, dementia,
adult and children’s mental health illnesses and treatment. I do many basic office duties such as answer phones,
book appointments, fax, file, medical billing and meet and greet new patients making them feel comfortable and at
ease as some have highly sensitive developmental disabilities. This office freshly up and running as the Director,
Erin Mark PhD, will soon begin having me facilitate peer support groups onsite. The clientele load continuously
grows daily and the need for a recovery services department will be added as an addiction to our services offered.
Internet Radio Show Host
CaveRadio Broadcasting - Redford, Michigan Oct. 2014 - Current
I host an internet radio show called "Overcoming Addiction" on Caveradiobroadcasting.com. A podcast studio
locally, which airs every Sunday from 12-2pm. Having faced so many personal tragedies alone my goal is now to
give back and help others. The focus and topic is about spreading the message of hope that recovery is possible for
those who want it. Also the show shares weekly healthy living information to help incorporate and further benefit
anyone who is in recovery now or thinking of getting help for an addiction in the near future.
Quality Support/Liaison/Sewer & Repair
Johnson Controls/Bridgewater Interiors – Lansing Nov. 2010 – Sept. 2014
I recognized and reported defective material and equipment to shift supervisor and met production goals by
maintaining cost effective levels of spare parts and inventory. I fixed and repaired any defective seat cover
errors on industrial sewing machines. I also delivered properly corrected materials to production lines. I
maintained positive relationships with all customers.
2. Waitress/Line Cook

I demonstrated genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests and resolved guest
complaints quickly and efficiently. I received frequent customer compliments for going above and beyond normal

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
I am currently working as a mentor with many ladies new to the recovery process as a result of meeting through my
podcast show “Overcoming Addiction” and through sponsorship of the 12 step programs.
Previous hours completed as working voluntarily through my church’s women’s recovery transition house called the
Endeavor House in Lansing, MI. The name of my church is Christian Calvary Fellowship under the direction of Pastor
Jim Dunn. Provided transportation and assisted the clients to go to 12 step meetings and events, did some one on one
mentoring with women new to the program, attended board meetings where we established the program content,
structure and individual client treatment plans. Helped to establish some group program classes ran by supportive
Christian women who helped elevate the women’s success rate at recovery and healing relationships. Used my
personal history with my own loss of children through many years of addiction & my current recovery story to help
motivate them that a new life can be had through recovery and faith in God.
