Dento Aviation is an EASA-approved training organization located in Cyprus that offers pilot training courses. Captain Charalambos Demetriades is the accountable manager and head of training, with over 30 years of experience as an instructor and examiner. Dento is approved to conduct type rating training on the Airbus A320, A330, A340 and Boeing 737NG. In addition to traditional classroom instruction, Dento has developed an e-learning platform and purchased an A320 procedure trainer to enhance pilot training.

Our History, Vision, & Mision
“Dento Training Ltd” is an up and running Approved
Training Organization (ATO).
“DENTO ATO” is approved by the Cypriot Department of
Civil Aviation (DCA) and the European Aviation Safety
Agency (EASA) under the approval No: CY-ATO-005.
Dento’s facilities is 8 min from Larnaca International
Airport in Cyprus.
Dento’s main area of operation is predominantly
Western Europe and the Middle East, with courses been
offered on sides through the dry leasing of local venues
and local simulators, as well as using Dento’s own
web-based e-Learning Management System (LMS).
The ATO’s Accountable Manager and Head of Training,
is an instructor and examiner for more than 30 years.
In fact, among other qualifications, Cpt Demetriades is
a Senior Examiner with the UK CAA, a TRI/STRE on
A320, A330/350, A340 and B737 300-900, worked as
Post Holder Head of Training with two EASA AOC
Airlines, etc.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is now the governing body
for all Aviation Authorities of all EU Member states, plus Iceland,
Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Under EASA there is only one set of rules and regulations, and with thus,
when a pilot undertakes training and/or examination at any EASA
Approved Training Organization (ATO), then without undue process, the
results of such work are fully accepted by all other EASA Member States.

Dento’s classrooms are purposely designed, equipped and setup,
with the sole thinking to maximize the trainee’s benefit.
Our typical Classroom is equipped with TV, Overhead Projector,
White Board, Cockpit Panels, Laptops and Comfortable Desks and
Armchairs, etc.
Also, our premises location allows easy access to Larnaca Airport
and City.

Dento is continuously upgrading its facilities and is working very hard to
make the trainee’s experiences as pleasant and as beneficially possible.
Dento’s A320 Procedure Trainer
Dento’s capabilities have recently been upgraded with the
purchase of an A320 Aircraft Procedure Trainer (see real picture on
the left), which has full functioning controls, as well as visual and
world database.
The decision to purchase this kind of trainer, was taken solemnly
based on the trainees needs, i.e. cost-effective trainer for teaching /
learning the A320 systems and SOPs.
Currently the trainer is used in preparation to the Full Flight
Simulator phase of an A320 Type rating, etc.
