Fleet Field Support Engineer Performed long and mid-term troubleshooting duties on B777-
300ER and A340-500/600 In Base, Line, B1 and B2 including maintaining up to date listing of
fleet status and interfacing with all departments and manufacturers to ensure timely correction of
problems. Led daily meetings to assess aircraft issues and plan structural implementations.
Worked closely with planning department and ramp engineers and performed on-plane wiring
checks and data collection. Previously performed controller duties covering follow ups of all fleets
worldwide utilising ACARS, SAtcom, VHF, outstation, MEL/MMEL, and deviation guides.
Compiled daily reports for senior management regarding delays, IFE status, APU and all
operations penalties.

 Investigated Mmsg regarding fuel indication on B777-300ER and worked closely with Boeing
to correct issue by purging, changing couplers and implementing modification of the FQPU.
 Corrected problem with malfunctioning chillers by personally checking wiring and identifying
discrepancies between the B777-300ER aircraft maintenance manual and the component
maintenance manual of Driessens Aircraft wiring diagram.

MCC Manager
Supervised a team of controllers, a logistic team, and technical assistants servicing a fleet of Axis
B737, Aigle Azur A320, Air Caraibe, and Air Tahiti nui A330/340 with a focus on maintenance,
locating parts in emergencies, avoidance of delays and AOG, and manual referencing. Interfaced
with airborne captains by radio/phone and communicated with all engineers in both Orly and
outstations. Liaised with manufacturers and internal and external departments and performed
daily trouble shooting in Paris and outbound stations as well as airborne via VHF/HF. Performed
daily reviews of fleets A320/B737 status, met with customer representatives, and developed
engineering orders to overcome discrepancies. Managed contractors for B757 maintenance.
 Authored new statement in the company MOE that was approved by authorities.
 Delivered significant savings by reducing maintenance time through extensive knowledge
and experience of the B737, A340 and A320 without requiring references to manuals.
 Provided instruction on MCC procedure and implemented structures and processes to
customise the MOE for approvals from GSAC.
