What if ‘ INCLUSIVE ED / DIVERSITY’… wasn’t this big rock of a challenge… but had the starting point of BEAUTY … here lies the beauty, where can we go from here?
The scenery / environment IS the beauty, what road, path, climb, jumps, leaps, steps can we do from here…
What if we called on one another to BUILD WITH (vs BUY IN) – STRENGTHS BASED APPROACH
What are we doing well, why is it so, let’s do more – Appreciative Inquiry approach that honours shared voice
What if we explicitly focused on building and strengthening our CULTURE to build a stronger Sense of Belonging, Community, and have true Participatory Leadership?
What if ALL really means ALL – All of our Children … Each and every day
What if … you share your STORY?

And allowed ourselves to share our MAGIC, to do BIG MAGIC…to AMPLIFY our existence …to help our students learn how to amplify their existence… by helping them live a life driven more strongly by curiousity than by fear
What if we Dared Greatly (Brene Brown) … and allowed ourselves to show our vulnerabilities …. Because vulnerability is the birthplace of creativity, innovation and change
What’s in a Name – and our name – BCCASE – was changed so the acronym reflected ALL means ALL
Courage to continue these conversations in our own work / learning environments
