dysfunctional and disease.
People whom consume fast food as little as once a
week increase their risk of dying from coronary
heart disease by 20 percent.
Fast food can damage your liver just as bad as
everyday liver consumption.
3. Effects on your energy
level
High levels of sugar found in fast foods puts your
metabolism under stress.
Eating refined sugar makes your pancreas secret
high amount of insulin to prevent a dangerous spike
in blood sugar levels
Fast foods don’t contain adequate amounts of
protein and carbohydrates which makes your
blood sugar level drop after eating.
Eating fast food on a everyday basis leave you
feeling grumpy, weak, and carving sugar.

restaurant
Pizza: Ask for less cheese, choose low fast toppings
like tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and
vegetables.
Salads: When getting a salad try getting fat free
dressing, bacon bites, and cheese to reduce
calories.
Meat or chicken: Try getting foods that are roasted,
grilled, or broiled rather then fried .
Order small portions instead of supersized.
Dessert: When choosing deserts try picking low fat
frozen yogurt, fruit ices. Instead of a cheese cake or
hot fudge Sunday.
