4. 1 - ACTIVITIES REALISED UNTIL JANUARY 22ND 2014.
Instead of the previously planned website, a blog website has been created.
http://4elementscomenius.blogspot.com/
Other products comprise informative videos, powerpoint presentations, posters, leaflets, photos and the
project logo.
BH reminded the partners that due to the different ways in which countries work there was a need for
flexibility in presenting the elements. All partners unanimously agreed to allow to change the sequence
of the presentations according to local circumstances.
Other issues mentioned:
AV: the distribution of tasks has changed e.g. Spain has created the project website, Poland and Spain have
taken the minutes, Latvia has designed the project logo and all partners have taken photos.
It has been agreed that as long as all tasks are covered, there is no necessity to insist on the original
distribution of tasks.
AV: no individual emails to be sent; all partners should be involved in any communication taking place.
MS: a video conference has been organised. The countries involved were Poland and Turkey. BH has asked
for a date to be set for another video conference, this time between Poland and Scotland.
5. 2 - EVALUATION.
All partners have agreed to continue using the evaluation forms originally
suggested by MC.
Once filled by participants, the forms will not be published online as they are only
intended for the host country. Blank space will be left for children’s opinions.
6. 3 - PROJECT WEBSITE - 4E BLOG.
Although the project blog was created directly after the first meeting, only a few
partners have been able to upload their materials onto the website. Many
have reported technical problems.
AK suggested involving IT people in the schools experiencing such difficulties.
7. 4 - THIRD PROJECT MEETING: MSZANA DOLNA, POLAND.
It’s been reminded that the dates for the third project meeting in Mszana Dolna
have been set for March 24th-28th, 2014.
MS and AK mentioned that it would be more convenient for both the host and the
guests if all the partners arrived already on Sunday 23rd and left on Saturday
29th.
Some possible activities have been mentioned.
8. IT HAS BEEN AGREED THAT THE PRESENTATION OF THE
ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN THE 1ST PROJECT YEAR,
ANALYSIS OF THE OUTCOMES AND EVALUATION,
EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE AND CULTURAL VALUES
WILL BE DONE IN GREECE, FROM THE 12TH-16TH MAY
2014.
