• Cincinnati's commercial real estate market rebounded zealously in 2014, evidenced largely by the year's
largest commercial real estate sales in the retail sector. The top five retail transactions comprised over
$300 million, compared to just $191 million in 2013. Topping the list in 2014 was Ramco-Gershenson’s
$86 million purchase of Bridgewater Falls in Fairfield.
