CD-ROM
Insert the CD in your computer
(Windows or Mac). When the CD
icon appears, click it to open.
You will see two items –
Resources and a file named
Launch CD-ROM. Double-click
on the Launch CD-ROM icon to
run the interactive agenda. To
download materials, click on a
presenter’s name and see what
materials they have for you. Do
not try to find specific resources
by opening the Resources folder
– you will find it confusing.

22. As a courtesy to our presenters,
we ask that you refrain from cell
Cell Phones phone usage and keep ringers on
silent or vibrate.
23. SmartPhones
Please Disable Smart Phones
(Android, iPhone, etc with WiFi
Internet)
Each ‘smart phone’ grabs the first
wireless connection it can find when
entering a WiFi environment.
Connections to wireless internet are
limited.
Each phone which automatically
takes an internet connection means
one more person with a laptop
cannot reach the net.
Please disable the WiFi on your cell
phone (turn it to Airplane Mode or
ask a neighbor for assistance) during
all sessions.
