F.E.R.S. is an app for all smartphones that connects to all local emergency services.
This is a faster alternative to calling emergency services and it helps the operator
by giving them an exact location of the emergency.
4. User Journey
The app will be located on the home lock screen, as well as where all applications
are located.
Once activating it, the user can choose one of three options for emergency
services, Police, Fire, Aid.
After choosing an option, the app will ping the users location and relay it to local
emergency services.
As services are notified and on route, the app will connect the user to a 911
operator for extra details and information.
6. Concept #2
F.E.R.S. is an app that locates nearby emergency centers and alerts them of
incoming patients.
This is designed to be a faster alternative to google searching nearby hospitals,
especially if phones lack good 4G or internet capabilities.
The app will help make emergency solutions progress much faster.
7. Persona
This app will be designed for anyone from ages 13+.
Those who need to get to a hospital in the fastest way possible.
8. Users Journey
After activating the app, the user will have one button, “Find nearby hospital”.
Tapping the button will show a list of nearby hospitals and how far they are.
The app automatically collects nearby hospital map data whenever it has an
internet connection in the area.
After finding a hospital, the user has the option on make an emergency call. This
lets the staff know that there is a patient incoming who is not being transported
via ambulance.
