2. IDEA 1 PERSONAS
• For anyone in a situation where they cannot make a call
because they’re in danger.
• Children are able to use it as well as long as they’ve learned
not to use it unless it is for emergencies.
• For anyone who wants to get alerts of emergencies
happening around their area.

3. IDEA 1 User Journey
User will be logged in automatically through
finger print or face recognition.
Once the user has been recognized there will be quick
buttons for specific emergencies for example,
• Medical Emergency
• Motor Accident
• Theft
• Harassment
• Terrorism
After they choose a selection there will be a quick buttons
of the levels of urgency.
• Low (Help will arrive in 45 minutes to an hour)
• Medium (Help will arrive in 30 minutes)
• Urgent (Help will arrive ASAP)

4. IDEA 1 USER JOURNEY
After the user selects the level of urgency an operator will send a text asking if it
is okay to call them. User can click yes or no.
• If the user clicks yes it connects them via phone line automatically as well as
connects to their location on the phone.
• If the user clicks no it will automatically connect to the location of the phone
and will connect to the cameras to provide a live feed for the operator.
Once emergency has been dispatched user will get a notification that help is on
the way.

5. IDEA 1 OTHER FEATURES
• When 911Direct app is not in use, it will give the users who opt in to the
notification service to send them notifications of emergencies around
their area and if they need to find a safe location.
• If a child is using the app not only will the operator be able to see that
the child is in trouble but the parents will get a notification that their
child is in danger and needs help and will give them their exact location.

• For everyone after an earthquake
• For people who want to know
where most damaged areas are
and what places to stay away
from
• For emergency responders to
know where to head to first after
a really big earthquake

7. IDEA 2 USER JOURNEY
• After an earthquake there can be tons
of chaos and many places destroyed.
With new technology, people that are
not hurt and still have access to their
cell phones can document to 911Direct
which places have had more damage
caused to them.
• These reports are sent immediately to
911 operators and they will be able to
collect and prioritize all the incidents
to the best of their abilities.

8. IDEA 2 OTHER FEATURES
• People will be able to record or have live feeds up so others
watching can spread the word.
• Since it is a mobile app police officers and firefighters will be able
to have these personally on their phones and can search by
location where they are needed ASAP in that particular moment.
