Costello Realty & Mgmt. (CRM): Both Mark
and Lorraine were born and raised in Las
Vegas. They have extensive knowledge of the
Las Vegas area and the real estate market.
Mark’s grandparents were early settlers of Las
Vegas arriving in the early 1920’s. Mark’s
family owned and operated several family
businesses. Mark being the oldest of five
children, learned as early as 11 years old what
a real job was. After many successful years
Mark decided to change careers and joined
Lorraine as a business partner in the real

and supply required documentation. All collected
rent and deposits are maintained in a client’s trust
account, subject to periodic auditing by the
