Atlas Property Management is owned and operated by local real estate
professionals who have specialized knowledge in the real estate industry. As real
estate investors themselves, the Atlas team knows property management in Oregon
and can provide exceptional service to Oregon homeowners and renters.
Our goal is to provide a streamlined and automated property management solution
for all property types in the Pacific Northwest. We understand that managing real
estate can be stressful and we hope to eliminate that stress through the services we
provide.

Andy Labunsky
President
Mark Iliyn
COO & Controller
Mark is a born and raised Oregonian.
Watching his father work in the
construction of homes sparked an interest
in real estate for Mark at an early age.
Mark graduated from Western Oregon
University with a Bachelors degree in
Business with a focus in Accounting. He
started his professional career working for
a CPA firm in Anchorage, Alaska where
he gained 3 years of auditing experience.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching
and playing lacrosse, hiking, golfing, and
getting in some snowboarding runs at Mt.
Hood. Mark is a licensed property
manager in the state of Oregon.
A lifelong Pacific Northwest native, Andy
grew up surrounded by real estate through
his family construction business. While
attending Portland State University, he
earned his Bachelors of Science with a
double major in Finance and Management.
Prior to starting Atlas Management, he
began his career in the banking and
alternative investments industry where he
gained experience in mortgage banking,
niche credit strategies, and asset
management. Andy enjoys taking advantage
of Oregon’s outdoor playground while
boating, hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and
running the Hood to Coast relay. Andy is a
Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst
Level II candidate.

  • 4. L E A D E R S H I P Andy Labunsky President Mark Iliyn COO & Controller Mark is a born and raised Oregonian. Watching his father work in the construction of homes sparked an interest in real estate for Mark at an early age. Mark graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelors degree in Business with a focus in Accounting. He started his professional career working for a CPA firm in Anchorage, Alaska where he gained 3 years of auditing experience. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching and playing lacrosse, hiking, golfing, and getting in some snowboarding runs at Mt. Hood. Mark is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon. A lifelong Pacific Northwest native, Andy grew up surrounded by real estate through his family construction business. While attending Portland State University, he earned his Bachelors of Science with a double major in Finance and Management. Prior to starting Atlas Management, he began his career in the banking and alternative investments industry where he gained experience in mortgage banking, niche credit strategies, and asset management. Andy enjoys taking advantage of Oregon’s outdoor playground while boating, hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and running the Hood to Coast relay. Andy is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Level II candidate. 4
