have been set up on the system

Compact shelving in Folklore to be repaired.
Folklore Library material will be temporarily re-housed in
a secure storage location while the work is ongoing.
Upon completion of the work, the library stock will be re-shelved.
Shelf numbers will be assigned (number-letter-number system).
SUMMER 2017
With each book now assigned a shelf number,
Library Assistants will add the shelf location to the
4,000 items already set up on the Library Management System
43. SEPTEMBER 2017
In a Global Change on the Library Management System,
the 4,000 Folklore Library items that have been created will be
un-suppressed, making them visible on the Library catalogue
to researchers and library users.
Once this is done, work will then continue on creating item records for the
collection, with shelf mark numbers assigned as work proceeds.
