Biography |
Colleen McKenna, principal of Intero Advisory, LLC, connects professionals and businesses to insight,
opportunities and talent. Teaching and coaching business professionals and their company on ways to effectively
build their personal and professional brand through LinkedIn is always a starting point.
Colleen's marketing and sales experience in media, print services and custom content serve as the backdrop for
understanding how standing still never gets you far. With over twenty years in marketing + sales in the
Baltimore/DC area Colleen has worked with and for start-ups to market leaders like Xerox, Consolidated Graphics
and Carefirst.
Building new business relationships, connecting the dots and providing answers to client's business objectives is
Colleen's specialty. Developing integrated and creative strategies to drive new business is critical today, and
Colleen works with CEOs and their teams to accomplish their individual and organizational goals.
Colleen's philosophy is simple: learn and adapt to an ever-changing landscape, everyday. Create a strategy,
implement the strategy, use today's tools to be more productive, and ultimately, smarter than your competitors.
Colleen has been an active LinkedIn member since 2006 and has woven this online professional social network
into her sales strategy with measurable results. In launching her own business, Colleen has focused her new
business efforts around LinkedIn. In the first 15 months of launching her business Colleen coached and trained
over 1100 professionals on how to use LinkedIn to further their professional brand.

Colleen earned her M.A. in Publication Design from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. in Mass Communication
from Towson University.
