The document provides instructions for creating a shelving ticket and cart for shelving books. It describes taking a slip from the basket by the computer, writing identifying information like the floor number and your name, scanning the barcode to create an entry in the shelving database, and then scanning each book barcode to record what is being shelved. Once complete, the slip is left in the cart by the elevators to indicate it is ready for shelving.
