Opera>onal cost What is the operaQonal cost per m3 treated emulsified bilge water? Including the costs for consumables such as filter elements and chemicals and pumping ashore. It is very easy to get the MEPC.107(49) Type Approval Cer>ficate! The test standard MEPC.107(49) only require test of emulsified ! bilge water for 2,5 hours. Performance 2 Most of the bilge water onboard is emulsified due to the use of different chemicals and chemical addiQves. Can the separator handle chemical emulsions and all chemicals onboard? Ask for the list of approved chemicals which the separator can handle! 3 How is the bilge water system designed? Is the system properly built with heaQng and sekling tanks? IBTS? 4
