solutions for many years. This presentation
will show the potential for even more of an
increase in profit with the assistance of social
media. We will show step by step how to
accomplish this goal and making Northwestern
the major IT provider.

(i.e. Best Buy and Radio Shack)
 Promote events in shopping malls where potential
audience is located in hopes of improving notice
 Offer free electronic service to new customers
and computer cleaning or virus check for existing
customers for three months
