1. Plan for Filming the Last Day of Filming
We planto filmforthe lasttime at St JohnsChurch inBaildonvillage.We will be filmingon
Wednesday9th
March. Inorder to dothis,we will needaplanand a checklisttomake sure the
arrangementsforthe day are set up,meaninghopefullythe daywill gotoplanand run smoothly,
withlittle tonofaults.
We be takingtwocameras to filmatthe graveyard,as
gettingthere earlytosetthemup,has beenquite
handyas whenwe needtofilm, we canjust grab one
of the camerasthat are setup. By havingtwo,we can
positiontheminplace fora shotwe want to film
before castarrive,meaningthe daywill gofasterand
smoothly. We will charge the batteriesbeforehand;
however,we willputabatteryin eachcamera when
takingthe equipmentandpacktwomore,to prevent
themfromrunningout.We will alsopacka
microphone foreachcamera to pickup the sound.
We will alsoneedthe jibforthe endscene,meaning
we will alsoneedtorememberthe bagof weightsand
the screwdriver,keptinthe bag.Thishelpsusputthe
jibup sowe mustremembertocheckwe have it.
We will be takingtwolights,asthe headstone we have
chosento be Eve’s,we will be filmingfromthe back,
whichlooksdark,so we will have tobringlightsto
brightenthe shot,revealingRichardsexpression
clearly,ashe reads itis Eve’s.
We will notneedascriptas there isno dialogue inthisscene.However,the scripthadinformationof
whatthe shotof the graveyardscene lookslike,whichhasbeenwritteninthe storyboards.This
meansthat we will justtake acopy of the storyboardswith us,sowe know whatshotsto setup.
We are not planninglunch,asthe shootdoesnot take up the day.However,if itwaslongerwe
wouldprovide lunch,butitisonlythe endingof ourfilm.Therefore,we feltitwasn’tnecessary
