March 2003 – July 2006 Renovation of occupied 1960’s era multi-family housing for seniors.
Gathered residents input to determine needs, communicated project
vision and intra-building relocation process. Documented existing

COTS Infant Day Care PROJECT ARCHITECT
Conversion of an existing garage into a day care facility. Surveyed
existing conditions, completed design from schematics through
construction documents, including specifications. Organized bidding

A new elementary school in an existing urban residential
neighborhood, adjacent to a market and an interstate service drive.
Conducted initial site survey, determined site location of new school,
schematic organization of site traffic, and functional building spaces.
